White & green cosmos oil painting, originally painted on stretched canvas 12x16"

Cosmos are one of my all-time favourite flowers and I grow them every year from seed, I wanted this painting to capture their billowing petals in the Summer breeze. With soft greens and cool whites, it gives the emotion of a cool Summer morning as the day begins.

The soft colours felt imperative to this painting, to keep it romantic and refreshing. I used thick paint and a hard-bristled brush to give beautiful texture to the painting so it looks interesting close up too.

This comes shipped in safe & pretty packaging. Signed on the front, and dated on the back. Would make the perfect gift!
